A development for Rogers of Brock Car Sales in Claughton on Brock.
This project was a full-scale refurbishment / change of use of and existing building and a new build extension to create a new car sales showroom and office.
The works included a full rip out back to shell, upgrade of the thermal envelope along with asbestos removal, rot remediation works and substantial structural repairs/alterations. A section of the building was demolished in its entirety and a new build element added in its place to provide open plan offices. The internals were then fitted out to a high specification.
